Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Head of Projects (m/f/d) in Bremen, Germany.

Key responsibilities

Lead and further develop the project team at the Bremen location
Take responsibility for revenue, results, and operational management in collaboration with branch management
Contribute to the preparation of the annual business plan (investments, costs, revenue, and staffing)
Drive the strategic development of the site, including customer and market analysis
Manage and expand customer relationships and actively participate in new business generation
Oversee complex project shipments, including offer and contract management
Collaborate with internal interfaces (Sales, Tender Management, Operations, HR)
Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations (Compliance, HSE, SOPs)
Manage quality and continuously optimize processes

Skills, knowledge and expertise

Completed vocational training or degree in forwarding, logistics, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in project forwarding with a focus on Heavy Lift and Break Bulk, ideally with an international scope
Proven experience in leading (international) teams
Solid knowledge of project management, contract management, and operational control
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent German and English language skills
Willingness to travel (national/international)
