Role details

• Position: DevOps / Technical Product Manager


• Location: Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany (Remote in Germany; travel to client sites up to 3 days per week as needed)


• Languages: B2+ German (ideally) and English


• Salary: €75,000 - €80,000 per annum, plus bonus


• Interview process: 2-3 stage

Responsibilities

• Own and drive DevOps-focused product management for client engagements.


• Collaborate with the founders to shape product strategy, roadmaps and delivery.


• Engage with clients to understand needs, translate them into product requirements, and ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes.


• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and improve DevOps capabilities for clients.


• Maintain a strong focus on delivering value, quality and reliability for client projects.

Skills & Background

• Consultancy experience – nice to have


• Exposure to Infrastructure and DevOps products


• Ideally 2+ years in Product Management/Ownership


• DevOps or Development background


• Willing to work on client sites


• Certifications in SAFE, Azure, AWS – nice to have


• Understanding of DevOps needs


• Experience with tools such as GitLab, Harbor, Harness, ArgoCD, Artifactory, Renovate, Aqua, Jira
