We are looking for a dedicated person to join the team in Bingen am Rhein as Leiter - Teile & Zubehör / Autohaus (m/w/d).

Responsibilities

• Lead our parts department team and coordinate interfaces between workshop, sales, and administration.
• Develop and implement sales‑driving measures for original parts of our brands to further unlock market potential.
• Ensure profitable processes in the entire parts department—from A to Z, including procurement and logistics.
• Manage procurement and coordinate all necessary steps so the right goods are available at the right time and place; maintain trusted exchange with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.
• Contribute ideas to elevate internal processes to a higher level.

Qualifications

• Completed training, e.g. automotive sales clerk or office management clerk, ideally with further qualification (e.g., Fachwirt/in or Betriebswirt/in) or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with team leadership experience.
• Business‑economics know‑how, technical knowledge, and interest in automotive and procurement topics.
• Confident appearance, strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, goal‑oriented approach with the ability to motivate the team.
