Golden Seabreeze GmbH & Co. KG is a dynamic family-owned company based in Aachen that has specialized for over ten years in wholesale of frozen premium seafood.

To guarantee long-term quality, traceability and product safety, the certifications IFS, MSC and ASC are at the heart of our daily work.

Tasks

• IFS certification: support implementation, monitoring and compliance with IFS guidelines (traceability, procedures, audits etc.)
• MSC / ASC certifications: ensure traceability and conformity throughout the supply chain.
• Quality analyses: coordinate microbiological and chemical analyses, trace and evaluate results.
• Communication with international labs and suppliers: main contact for quality-relevant topics.
• Document management: create and maintain product specifications.
• Product safety & regulation: meet legal requirements (labeling, hygiene etc.), support regulatory implementation.

Qualifications

• Natural science education (e.g., biology, food science, food technology or comparable).
• First professional experience in quality, ideally in the food or fisheries industry.
• Knowledge of the IFS, MSC and ASC standards is an advantage.
• Structured, meticulous and autonomous working style.
• Good English and French (at least C1 level).
• Safe handling of MS Office (Excel, Word etc.).
