Research Team Lead, Thomas Daily - Freiburg (m / w / d)

Managing your team of around five researchers under the direction of the Research Manager.

Analyzing and, if necessary, improving your team's work routines and workflows in line with best practice.

Distribution of the workload and daily special tasks.

Regular 1-1 meetings with your team.

Managing the qualitative and quantitative work performance of your team with a view to achieving the company's goals.

Preparing and holding team meetings (together with the Research Manager).

Recruitment and training of new employees.

Cooperation with the direct supervisor (Research Manager) and other national and international managers on various tasks in line with the company's objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Very good knowledge of German (C1 or native speaker) and good knowledge of English.

University degree or equivalent.

Very good communication skills.

Strong teamwork skills.

Very good problem-solving skills.

Experience in (or interest in) independent research of large amounts of data.

Quick learner of new systems.
