One Contact Center (OneCC) is the driving force behind the future voice and interaction platform for Deutsche Telekom’s contact centers across Germany and Europe. We are charged with designing a sustainable, next‑generation digital customer experience.
By leveraging the Sprinklr platform, we are unifying all communication channels—voice, E‑mail, fax, and digital (WhatsApp, social media)—into a single, powerful client. Integrated with state‑of‑the‑art AI features, this platform sits at the heart of our corporate strategy – empowering us to handle more than 110k calls and more than 85k written contacts a day.
As the global OneCC is currently in a ramp‑up phase, joining us offers a unique opportunity: the stability of a major enterprise combined with the creative freedom to shape the future of customer service technology globally.
We are looking for specialists across various seniority levels with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience with Sprinklr.
