Mission
Legal Officer (m / f)
Responsibilities
- Acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions
- Organise board and shareholder meetings
- Arranging relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register
- Drafting corporate documents and agreements
- Opening bank accounts and arranging company payments
- Keeping company’s electronic and physical files in good order
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements
Profile
Degree educated in Law
- 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, within a Private Equity structure or fiduciary
- Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a prerequisite - a very good level in French is also seen as an advantage
- PC literate (MS Office)
