The client we are working with is one of the leading suppliers in the independent aftermarket for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. With approximately 2,700 employees at various national and international locations, they generate annual sales exceeding €1.1 billion.

In the IT Business Architects team, you will work with three specialists to ensure that the SAP system landscape remains stable, secure, and efficient, thus contributing to the digital future of the company.

IT SAP Basis Specialist

Area of activity

1. You ensure the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of the SAP system landscape.
2. You monitor and optimize system performance, perform troubleshooting, and ensure the availability and scalability of the SAP infrastructure.
3. Together with our SAP hosting service provider, you will be responsible for the installation, deployment, and configuration of the SAP systems, including the implementation of patches, service packs, and system updates.
4. You manage user authorizations, control access to the SAP environment, and process requests via the ticket system.
5. You support SAP implementations and international rollouts in projects.

Skills

1. You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable qualification.
2. You have several years of experience in the SAP Basis environment.
3. You have successfully completed the SAP training ADM100.
4. Ideally, you have knowledge of Cloud ALM or the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
5. You have good written and spoken skills in both German and English.
