Your role

As a SAP Data Science Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping data-driven solutions for the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. You’ll work at the intersection of data science, SAP systems, and business process optimization—helping clients unlock the value of their data across R&D, production, compliance, and supply chain. From developing predictive models to integrating data pipelines within SAP landscapes, your work will contribute directly to smarter decision-making and greater efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement data-driven use cases in SAP environments (e.g. SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP Data Intelligence, S/4HANA)
• Work closely with chemical/pharma clients to understand challenges
• Apply machine learning and statistical methods to process and lab data
• Bridge the gap between SAP data structures and advanced analytics
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in complex, international projects

Your profile

• Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English. Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering
• Alternatively: background in business informatics, industrial engineering, or business administration combined with natural sciences
• Familiarity with IT systems and ideally SAP solutions and architecture
• First project or internship experience in Research and Development
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem‑solving mindset
• High level of commitment, independence, and team spirit
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
