We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Telecommunication Solutions business unit.

  1. You advise the business units in all legal matters independently and proactively.
  2. You review and draft contracts of all kinds, with a focus on IT and data protection law.
  3. You negotiate contracts with international customers and partners, evaluating their terms and conditions.
  4. You assume responsibility for compliance matters, including reviewing and implementing compliance policies.
  5. You provide legal oversight and advice on cross-divisional projects.

Qualifications:

  1. You are a fully qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment or a commercial law firm.
  2. You have legal expertise in IT and data protection laws on an international level, and ideally knowledge of corporate law and litigation.
  3. You are quick to familiarize yourself with new legal topics and complex technical issues.
  4. You are characterized by a conscientious work ethic, a solution-oriented mindset, negotiation skills, and an understanding of economic contexts.
  5. You have excellent command of spoken and written English and German.
