Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Responsible for the full lifecycle management of charging station projects in Germany, the Netherlands, and Norway, from project initiation, scheme design, procurement and bidding, construction, acceptance and delivery to post-construction operation and maintenance, ensuring timely, high-quality, and budgetary completion.
  • Schedule, Quality, and Safety Control: Develop and implement detailed schedule plans, track key milestones in real time; control quality control points, implement on-site safety and civilized construction, and ensure construction quality meets international engineering standards and local regulations.
  • Technical Solutions and Support: Lead the demonstration and optimization of technical solutions, provide on-site technical guidance, and solve technical challenges related to complex overseas environments, processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Team and Resource Coordination: Organize and manage on-site construction personnel, subcontractors.
  • Supplier Management: Allocate human and equipment resources rationally, improve team collaboration efficiency, maintain good communication with domestic and international departments, and ensure company interests and project processes are compliant, budgets are reasonable, and meet company standards.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain close communication with overseas clients, local governments, supervision units, and owners, handle on-site anomalies, ensure smooth project acceptance, and meet client needs.
  • Risk Identification and Response: Identify potential project risks, develop and implement risk response plans, continuously monitor, and make rapid decisions in emergencies to ensure project safety and schedule.
  • Document and Delivery Management: Compile and archive project progress reports, quality inspection records, as-built documents, settlement documents, etc., ensuring completeness and traceability of data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy and Power Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management or on-site construction experience, including at least 3 years of experience managing charging pile (or new energy power) projects; preference will be given to candidates who have successfully led at least 3 complete charging pile projects.
  • Familiar with local engineering construction regulations and standards in Germany/Netherlands/Norway, as well as the entire process of charging pile product installation, commissioning, and acceptance; knowledgeable of international charging technology standards such as IEC 61851.
  • Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and CAD/BIM.
  • Have the ability to prepare budgets, control costs, assess risks, manage contracts, and manage suppliers.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong business communication and technical exchange skills; proficiency in a less commonly spoken language (such as German, French, Norwegian, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, able to effectively liaise with local governments, owners, supervisors, and subcontractors on overseas sites.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to frequent business trips.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with overseas government or industry partner resources who can quickly obtain project approvals and supporting resources.
