Job Description

  1. Support our central purchasing units Mobility Solutions Purchasing Direct Materials (M/PU) and Global Business Services (GS) in all legal matters.
  2. Drive the negotiation of all types of agreements in the supply chain.
  3. Provide legal support for strategic client projects, such as development co-operations.
  4. Manage proactive risk assessments, develop creative solutions, and provide legal enablement and training to clients and peers.

Qualifications

  1. Completed university studies in law or a comparable field.
  2. Several years of professional experience as a lawyer, with in-depth knowledge of contract law, IT law, and a good understanding of antitrust law.
  3. Law qualification in the German bar.
  4. Team-oriented professional with strong initiative, excellent organizational skills, confident communication skills across all levels, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Embraces innovation, agile work methods, and maintains a professional sense of humor.
  5. Business fluency in written and spoken German and English.

Remuneration and Benefits

The gross annual salary for this position is at least 117,000 EUR for a 40-hour week, contingent upon full employment and eligibility. The salary is based on experience. Additional benefits include a performance bonus, company success-based bonus, and employer contributions to the Bosch pension plan. Further details will be discussed during the application process.
