Is your focus on structure, efficiency, and change and do you like to support sustainable improvements across the organization?Within our Business Unit, Heating & Refrigeration Solutions (HRS) in 's-Hertogenbosch we are seeking a Project Management Officer.

Your responsibilities and tasks:

As Project Management Officer you support the HRS community with best-in-class project management services incl. methodologies and techniques.

Responsibilities:

Keep the overview of all strategic, tactical, and operational projects where HRS participates to ensure timely execution and completion. Preparing project status reports for management review. Ensuring all project strategies follow company standards (compliance).

Manage and maintain the HRS Team-platform with logic file directory.

Support the BU members with analytical insights in business processes, using GEA tools amongst which BI, SAP Analytical Cloud, CRM.

Support the International Sales & Service Team with market assessments, market entry analysis and concrete implementation plans to expand geographical growth for the HRS sales & service portfolio.

Makes a critical mid-term impact on the effectiveness of the respective organization and BU causing a medium risk potential for the group.

Function specific input for BU HRS strategy.

Identify improvements leading to increased accuracy and efficiency of existing BU projects and meeting structures.

Drive change management to support GEA (specifically BU HRS) to sustainably adapt to new and improved project monitoring.

Develop project management expertise within the entire function and ensure development

Develop analytical insight in Sales and Application management, using SAC and C4C tools.

Your profile and qualifications:

You have a bachelor and/or master’s degree in management or business administration.

Experience as a Junior Consultant, PMO, analyst, or Project Manager.

Ability to analyse a range of complex data and make summaries based on analytical findings.

Knowledge of industry trends, development and availability of new technologies and tools.

Strong financial/ business modelling skills as well as business and data analysis skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

Living in the Netherlands or willing to be frequently at the location ‘s-Hertogenbosch (NL) and occasional international travel to HRS locations and Berlin-Düsseldorf (GER).
