Join us as a (Senior) Technical Product Manager (all genders) in our Foundation team on a shared journey that matters! The focus of the Vehicle Integration domain and its teams is making the vision of an autonomously driving mobility service a reality. These teams develop the applications and tools needed to enable autonomous passenger management within our MOIA vehicles in a world without a driver. How do passengers authenticate themselves in the vehicle without a driver? How do we always ensure a safe cabin during boarding and during the ride? Which content should be displayed on the vehicle screens to provide a safe and informative user experience for passengers?
The Foundation team is one of six teams in the Vehicle Integration domain. As a platform team, it focuses on setting up the middleware to enable feature development of the other five teams, driving quality management & cybersecurity topics, metrics & logging feature development, and on over‑the‑air software updates of our embedded software running in our autonomous vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the product the team is building:
- Define priorities and align the product roadmap of the team
- Break down the roadmap into workable pieces for the team
- Provide product vision and direction to the team
- Ensure strong collaboration with our teams, OEM & technology partners, and stakeholders to ideate a great platform product with a strong focus on developer experience & delivery
- Build, test, measure, and enhance capabilities & features based on KPIs and feedback to meet the company goals in a lean way
- Elaborate legal requirements and boundaries towards possible solutions, including functional safety, cybersecurity, and comprehensive documentation, ready to be used in an autonomous driving context
- Define requirements towards OEM's base vehicle functions
- Set up and align the middleware and software integration with our development partner, OEM & technology partners
- Get involved in OTA feature development and rollout strategy, as well as shape the vision, strategy, and way forward of our products within the domain and beyond

- Agilist: In‑depth knowledge and experience in the application of agile values and principles, and willingness to apply these to the needs of complex, dynamic, and ever‑changing environments, also with your partners from different industries
- Industry experience: Experience in the automotive industry or other highly regulated industries, further experience with robotics embedded systems, IoT or Cyber Security, and quality standards/processes such as ISO26262 or ASPICE is a plus
- Visionary: You like to see the full picture, craft compelling visions for your ideas, and understand what makes your internal products viable (or not)
- Pragmatist: You proved that you get things done, identify problems, and are effective in prioritizing challenges to unblock yourself, your team, and others
- Language: Fluent English is required; German is a plus
