A new innovative hospitality venture in the heart of Berlin, showcasing outstanding produce from small-scale makers and a carefully curated wine list. Located in an exciting new food destination, our restaurant is designed for guests who love trying new flavours in a lively, welcoming setting.

Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to help establish and lead our Berlin opening. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping day-to-day operations, nurturing an enthusiastic team, and delivering memorable guest experiences at this distinctive new venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of pre-opening and daily operations
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Ensure consistently high standards for service and food quality
  • Build strong relationships with local suppliers and producers
  • Oversee budgets, sales, and overall business development
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
  • Organize guest events and develop local collaborations

About You

  • Significant experience in hospitality, restaurant, or F&B management (opening experience a strong plus)
  • Genuine passion for food, wine, and delivering exceptional hospitality
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Confident leader, team player, and commercially driven
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive
  • Willing to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
