Service Delivery Manager (SDM)

Location: Mannheim, Germany

Type: Full-time, On-site

Hours: 8 hours per day

Skills: Service Management (ITIL), SLA & KPI Management, Process Design & Optimization, Service Transition & Onboarding, (CSI)

Description: BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service delivery and ensure SLA compliance
  • Lead incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Support service transitions and uphold ITIL standards

Requirements

  • Valid permit to work in Germany
  • Fluency in German & English
  • Experience in service management
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary: Negotiable
