Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
Location: Mannheim, Germany
Type: Full-time, On-site
Hours: 8 hours per day
Skills: Service Management (ITIL), SLA & KPI Management, Process Design & Optimization, Service Transition & Onboarding, (CSI)
Description: BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Manage service delivery and ensure SLA compliance
- Lead incident, problem, and change management processes
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement
- Support service transitions and uphold ITIL standards
Requirements
- Valid permit to work in Germany
- Fluency in German & English
- Experience in service management
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
