The SAP BASIS Administrator and Consultant is responsible for providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP systems. This includes installation, configuration, system maintenance, performance optimization, and issue resolution. The role acts as a technical escalation point and works closely with stakeholders, project teams, and customers—primarily in German —to ensure the secure, stable, and efficient operation of SAP environments.
