What to Expect

Strategy: As a Manager specializing in CFO strategy, you will serve as the primary contact for the CFO. You will develop target images and operating models for the finance function, analyzing how new business models and technologies influence these areas. You will also formulate adaptation strategies to meet evolving requirements.

Future Vision: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored optimization measures and a customized 'Digital Roadmap,' supporting them through implementation.

Variety: Our diverse client portfolio and projects across Germany and abroad offer excellent development opportunities with challenging and varied tasks.

Responsibility: You will work within motivated teams, taking responsibility for sub-projects or entire project management depending on your experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience in consulting, industry, or auditing within finance.
• Experience leading projects or small teams; ideally, some sales or acquisition experience in consulting or industry.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and in a hybrid setup of remote work and travel.
• Degree in economics, business informatics with a focus on business processes, accounting, or finance, or a comparable field, with excellent results.
• Fluent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
