Overview

Civil Project Manager – Düsseldorf (moving to Frankfurt after 12 months)

I’m partnered with a Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering a major large-scale project in Germany and looking to appoint an experienced Civil Project Manager.

The Role

As Civil PM, you’ll lead and coordinate all civil and structural activities, ensuring quality, safety, and programme delivery across this high-profile project. You’ll also act as the primary client liaison, driving progress from site mobilisation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee civil & structural teams on site
• Manage quality assurance & HSE compliance
• Lead project meetings & track schedules / budgets
• Act as client-facing representative
• Mentor and lead engineering / site teams

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years’ experience in large-scale construction (data centres / pharma / hi-tech preferred)
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong track record in delivering complex projects

Location: Düsseldorf (moving to Frankfurt after 12 months)
