Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pilot to join our team in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing copters and ground equipment, working according to checklists, manual FPV flights and autopilot missions, log analysis, and setup and testing of RC/video links.

• Preparing copters and ground equipment, working according to checklists.
• Manual FPV flights and autopilot missions (ArduPilot).
• Log analysis (Blackbox, DataFlash), identifying causes of crashes.
• Setup and testing of RC/video links (TBS, ELRS, HD air units).
• Flight sessions with the team, possible demonstrations for clients, reporting.
• Compliance with safety measures, cooperation with the ground team.

Responsibilities

The Pilot will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Preparing copters and ground equipment, working according to checklists.
• Manual FPV flights and autopilot missions (ArduPilot).
• Log analysis (Blackbox, DataFlash), identifying causes of crashes.
• Setup and testing of RC/video links (TBS, ELRS, HD air units).
• Flight sessions with the team, possible demonstrations for clients, reporting.
• Compliance with safety measures, cooperation with the ground team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive FPV flying experience.
• Knowledge of ArduPilot and Betaflight (flashing, configuration).
• Experience with high-speed platforms.
• Ability to read logs and troubleshoot issues.
• Skills in soldering, diagnostics, working with a multimeter.
• Accuracy, discipline, adherence to procedures.
• Right to work in the EU, willingness to travel within Germany/EU.
• References (videos/logs) are mandatory.
