Your Job:

  • Work directly or indirectly with customers regarding their business processes and requirements for implementing Blue Yonder standard solutions and technologies for Supply Chain Planning and Management.
  • Collaborate with customers to create User Stories that represent functional business requirements and implement best practices.
  • Assist project teams in identifying the best technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Support testing, training, and implementation of customer solutions.
  • Create and support project documentation, including functional design and training materials.
  • Assist in the support of customer solutions and applications after system roll-out.
  • Communicate effectively with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to derive requirements.
  • Support Pre-Sales activities, including customer presentations, demonstrations, and sharing best practices.
  • Work primarily from Stuttgart or Chemnitz offices, with some travel to customer sites or other Blue Yonder locations as per guidelines.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Demand/Production Planning or Supply Chain Planning.
  • 3+ years of experience in Automotive Supply Chain or Manufacturing industry.
  • Understanding of business processes and technical solutions related to Supply Chain Planning, preferably in Automotive or AutoT1.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in defining strategies, functional requirements, and use cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong interest in supply chain planning and management operations.
  • Reliable, eager to learn, and open to new challenges.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure both independently and in teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Legally authorized to work in Germany.
  • Willing to travel to customer meetings.
