The engineering team Trebes is an owner-managed engineering office for structural design with headquarters in Kiel, which has been operating successfully for more than 50 years. With around 100 employees at our locations in Kiel, Rendsburg, Rostock, Flensburg and Hamburg, we are active in the fields of structural design in building construction and civil engineering, official structural testing, energy consulting, BIM and construction management. Together, we realize varied and complex construction projects across disciplines and locations. Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering (Dr.-Ing., Dipl.-Ing., M. Sc.), ideally supplemented by an additional business qualification/training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of structural design
• Knowledge of the construction industry
• Team and leadership skills
• Thinking and acting economically
• Independent and committed way of working
• Car driver's license and willingness to travel in Schleswig-Holstein and neighboring federal states
• Management of the independent Rendsburg location with around 20 employees with economic and personnel responsibility
• Development, formulation and implementation of strategic goals in cooperation with the shareholders
• Ensuring economic success in terms of sustainability and maximizing value creation
• Systematic support for important customers, business partners and subcontractors
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through the best possible technical solutions and the highest quality
• Personnel management and development
• Promoting sustainable motivation and employee satisfaction
• Constant market observation in order to recognize trends and changes as early as possible
