Gigafactory Berlin‑Brandenburg is the platform for rolling out Tesla’s success story in Europe, and we need a talented Senior Legal Counsel to support our manufacturing, engineering, and procurement teams at the factory. In this role you will be the trusted legal advisor for these teams and part of a global legal team that supports facilities and special projects worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• At least 5 years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in‑house corporate international environment, ideally a German qualified lawyer with a commercial legal background, and the ability to handle a high workload of complex legal matters simultaneously.
• Work as a team player, proactively identifying problems, driving projects, and delivering pragmatic/creative legal and business solutions on time, while communicating transparently.
• Inspire trust, forge relationships quickly with key stakeholders at all levels, and earn the confidence and cooperation of business partners.
• Work well autonomously and collaboratively, juggling and prioritising competing tasks in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, be a quick and flexible learner with high standards, impeccable integrity and ethics, unquestionable good judgement, and well‑honed analytical skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, with business‑level to near‑native fluency in German and English (written and spoken). A good sense of humour, disdain for drama, and a desire to get things done are essential.
