You will lead global strategic procurement initiatives in a fast‑paced digital environment, developing procurement strategies that integrate cutting‑edge technologies and align with bold, future‑oriented business goals.

Architect and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for the IT professional services category. Go beyond cost savings—deliver strategic value by aligning sourcing decisions with innovation, digital transformation, and evolving business needs.
Lead contract negotiations and framework agreements with top‑tier vendors (e.g., Accenture, Capgemini, PWC, EPAM, SoftServe, Microsoft Azure, OVHCloud, IONOS, AWS, Google, SThree, Equinix, Digital Realty). Oversee regional consolidation and optimisation initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate transformation, finance, IT, and procurement strategies.
Collaborate closely with internal teams across Finance, HR, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales. Ensure procurement initiatives are fully integrated with broader business objectives through agile, strategic alignment.
Minimum of 5 years in professional services procurement, ideally within a global matrix environment. Solid track record in cross‑functional, international project leadership.
Demonstrated success leading large‑scale contract negotiations with leading service providers such as Microsoft, Accenture, Capgemini & Equinix. Skilled in delivering value‑driven outcomes on strategic initiatives.
Assertive and solution‑focused, with the ability to independently engage and influence internal stakeholders daily. Thrive in driving global procurement strategy with measurable impact.
Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. Fluency in English and upper‑intermediate German required, with a willingness to further improve language skills. Additional languages are a plus.
Strong analytical abilities, advanced MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with procurement systems. Proactive, organized, and resourceful—with excellent communication skills and a knack for cross‑functional collaboration.
