Du managst aktiv die Erwartungen und holst kontinuierlich Feedback ein.* Du gestaltest maßgeblich die Produktvision und -strategie mit, indem du den strategischen Input deiner Stakeholder in eine umsetzbare, ergebnisorientierte langfristige Roadmap übersetzt. Du unterstützt deine Stakeholder bei strategischen Entscheidungen, indem du relevante KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung definierst und bereitstellst.* Du erfasst, analysierst und priorisierst Kunden- und Marktanforderungen deiner Stakeholder und übersetzt sie in konkrete User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien.* Als Lead PO coachst und mentorst du andere Product Owner, etablierst Best Practices im Produktmanagement und förderst den Wissensaustausch. Du unterstützt die Selbstorganisation der Entwicklungsteams und sorgst für die Skalierung agiler Prozesse über Teamgrenzen hinweg.* Du pflegst und priorisierst kontinuierlich das Product Backlog in Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern und anderen Product Ownern.* Du planst und koordinierst Releases sowie Produktinkremente, um termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Veröffentlichungen sicherzustellen.
