Position Details
We are seeking a Referent (m/w/d) in Vollzeit for our Market Support for Private and Commercial Customers at our locations in Weißenburg, Dinkelsbühl, and Windsbach. This role involves:
- Formal review of loan applications within defined customer segments (consumer/non-consumer)
- Independent and comprehensive processing of credit proposals
- Creditworthiness assessment in private and commercial lending, including VR-Rating procedures
- Security ordering and valuation, including real estate appraisals within small loan limits
- Preparation of credit and security agreements and credit protocols
- Monitoring activities such as checking disbursement prerequisites, credit utilization, etc.
- General credit processing tasks including security management, notary matters, correspondence, and subsidy processing
- Maintaining credit files and general correspondence
