Legal Counsel (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• Support on legal and compliance-related issues
• Cooperation with local law firms and law firms in other EU countries
• Review of contracts and clarification of legal issues
• Advice on legal risks and strategies
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies
• Support in the development and implementation of compliance programs
• Support in litigation and negotiations with external parties
• Advice on industry-specific legal framework conditions (e.g. product liability, supply chain law, automotive standards such as UN-ECE regulations)
• Support in drafting and negotiating supply and development contracts with OEMs and Tier 1 customers
• Advice on compliance risks related to competition law issues
• Support with regulatory issues in an international business environment
• Advice on corporate law issues and governance structures
• Reporting to the company's management on site and the Legal & Compliance team at headquarters

Your Profile

• Completed law degree (at least first state examination)
• Several years of professional experience
• Strong communication skills and understanding of business processes
• Ability to align business needs with legal requirements
• Diligence and accuracy in your work, combined with a structured and independent way of working
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive data
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
