SAP EWM Consultant Customer Lifecycle Service (m/w/d) – SWAN

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the Customer Life Cycle Service Team as an SAP EWM Consultant (m/w/d).
  • Provide care for national and international support customers in a 24/7 SAP EWM support context.
  • Record customer problem reports and guide the solution process from ticket intake to ticket closure.
  • Document solution approaches and support project teams during testing and commissioning when required.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities as part of project teams.
  • Receive a comprehensive training plan via our own SAP Academy for these tasks.

Qualifications

  • Completed training or degree in IT or logistics.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience in SAP support and the logistics field, with exposure to SAP EWM.
  • Comfort with diverse SAP-Logistics tasks and customer-facing work.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in further education in logistics and in a modern, well-led company.

Work arrangement and location

Flexible working arrangement from part-time to full-time, various locations, with home-office options. Some roles may require up to five days per month outside standard office hours with attractive compensation and full time-off for emergencies.
