Tasks

1. Rebuilding and scaling the Imeon MVP into a stable mobile app (Flutter or React Native)
2. Developing backend architecture using Firebase, Supabase, or Node.js
3. Ensuring performance, scalability, and security of the platform
4. Collaborating closely with the founding team (Nils & Ari) to shape the technical vision
5. Leading technical decision-making and (later) assembling a dev team
6. Driving product improvements and preparing for future funding rounds
7. Bringing creative input and technical expertise to help shape a high-impact, gamified ecosystem

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and visionary developer with the following profile:

1. 5+ years of experience in mobile and/or full-stack development
2. Proficiency in Flutter or React Native and backend tools like Firebase, Supabase, or Node.js
3. Strong understanding of app architecture, performance, and data security
4. Experience building MVPs or scalable products from scratch
5. Passion for startups, innovation, and user-centric product development
6. Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
7. Interest in Web3, gamification, or crypto-based ecosystems (a plus)
8. Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)
9. Open to joining a startup long-term as a co-founder with equity compensation
