Lead the design and development of wiring harnesses for assigned vehicle zones or systems
Manage the end‑to‑end development process from concept to production release
Ensure alignment with system requirements, packaging constraints, and cross‑domain interfaces
Conduct and participate in design reviews and milestone checkpoints
Support prototype builds and resolve harness‑related issues during development phases
Ensure compliance with OEM standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality designs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
Ideally you already bring strong knowledge of PREEvision's rule model, meta model, and configuration capabilities. If not, you bring at least experience with similar model‑based tools
Interest to grow in the fields of Generative AI, Systems Engineering, and WebApp development
Proficiency in Java and other relevant programming languages
Familiarity with modern WebApp development technologies, like React, NetxJS, nodejs, Javascript, CSS, Tailwind, REST API, etc.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tool Knowledge
Ideally proficient in PREEvision for logical architecture, topology, schematics, and BOM management (PV : "Hardware Layer")
Experience with PLM system Windchill.
Familiarity with issue tracking and documentation tools used in automotive development environment
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across engineering domains.
Ability to coordinate with system DREs, packaging, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
Proactive problem‑solving approach and attention to detail.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic development environment.
