Responsibilities

• Project Planning
• Team Coordination
• Planning and monitoring test activities
• Resource Management
• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
• Work with all involved parties (Stakeholder, PO, Developers etc.) to determine the appropriate software validation strategy
• Delivery reporting on a regular basis.

Skills

Must have

• Good experience in test management, with a strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
• Automotive Experience.
• Knowledge in the Connectivity Domain.
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and its impact on testing activities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and resources.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Being dynamic and self‑motivated.
• Problem‑solving mindset.
• German C2 level.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Foundation Level – (e.g., ISTQB, Agile, Scrum).
• Knowledge of automation testing tools and techniques.
