REWE Frischetheke is the heart of our REWE Markt in Oestrich-Winkel. We create high‑quality fresh products and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a Team Leader you take responsibility for your team, product quality and all processes.

What You Bring – Responsibilities

• You lead your team competently and serve as a role model while implementing the national Vertriebskonzept
• You maintain an excellent product presentation, fresh quality, and hygiene compliance
• You persuade customers with an attractive presentation, competent consulting and courteous service
• You independently implement sales‑promoting measures
• You control cost and sales development, regular inventories, and the entire product flow

What We Look For – Qualifications

• Completed Ausbildung in the Lebensmitteleinzelhandel or Quereinsteiger with experience in backwaren or SB‑Frischetheke
• Strong product knowledge and high awareness for freshness and quality
• Solution‑ and result‑oriented working style with engagement and structured, careful approach
• Team spirit, strong customer orientation and communication strength
• Availability to work in a flexible shift system (Mon‑Sat 06:00‑22:00)
