Head of Marketing & Product Management (m / f / d)

Together with your team of marketing and product managers, you will exploit the full disruption potential of our solution and open up new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. You will analyze existing and new sales markets, touchpoints, and the product-related needs of the target groups to create a positive customer experience and incorporate customer needs into product development.
2. Develop marketing strategies and create a roadmap for achieving goals using the entire marketing mix (product, price, promotion, and placement strategy).
3. Manage budgeting, ensure project management and control, and adjust strategies based on success reviews.
4. Develop market differentiation and positioning strategies on an international level based on market and competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience in a similar role within a tech company, with relevant achievements.
• Completed studies in marketing or a comparable qualification.
• Proven leadership skills with high goals, a convincing presence, and the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to operationalize and implement results-oriented decisions.
• Fluent in German and English.
