Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate | PSF in Luxembourg

Senior Legal Counsel - Your Responsibilities :

• Draft and review legal documents : board minutes, notarial deeds, capital changes, etc.
• Advise on corporate governance and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Organise and support board meetings, liaising with notaries and external counsel.
• Collaborate with the Head of Legal and support the wider legal team.
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates, ensuring proper communication internally.
• Handle day-to-day legal administration with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.

Senior Legal Counsel - Your Profile :

• Law degree with CCDL
• 6+ years' experience in Luxembourg in corporate law, ideally in a PSF or investment fund
• Strong skills in drafting, structuring, board processes , and company law procedures (capital increases, notarial deeds, etc.).
• Proactive, hands-on, and open-minded : you're not afraid of administrative tasks or rolling up your sleeves.
• Fluent in French and English , written and spoken.
• Someone who values teamwork, discretion, and long-term collaboration over titles and perks.
