We collaborate with recyclers, packaging producers, and large brand owners in the home care, personal care, food, and drink industries. On our ambitious journey to become the leading marketplace for sustainable raw materials, we seek a visionary and seasoned Chief Commercial Officer to join us as an additional Co-Founder in a market poised for significant growth!

Location: Germany – Hybrid/Remote (Munich preferred)

• Leadership in Sales and Marketing: Build and lead an exceptional B2B sales, marketing and customer success team, driving growth initially in the EU and then expanding to other regions.
• Growth Targets: Lead and drive sales operations with a focus on achieving above-market growth and establishing market leadership across multiple regions.
• Hands-On Approach: Begin with direct sales activities and client interactions, and quickly evolve these into a scalable, efficient sales model.
• Organizational Impact: Infuse the organization with a dynamic startup mindset, actively shaping our strategies and operations.

• B2B Startup experience: Proven ability to scale a B2B startup from early stages to a major market player.
• B2B Sales Passion and Know How: Deep passion for and understanding of B2B sales, particularly with enterprise or medium-sized companies, ideally in the home care, cosmetics, food, and drink industries.
• Co-Founder Material: Ambitious, dynamic, impact-driven, and motivated – someone we are excited to partner with on our business journey.
• Team Catalyst: A leader who challenges, pushes and motivates the team and fellow co-founders.
• Network Strength: A robust network in our industry, aiding rapid growth and market penetration.

• Marketplace Acumen: Experience in marketplace dynamics.
• Packaging and Recycling Insights: A background in packaging and/or recycling would be a great addition to the role.
