We are seeking a convincing personality for the position at Großenhain.

Responsibilities

• Full management of production processes for shower systems and wellness elements, from planning to control and process optimization, ensuring timely production and quality standards.
• Lead a dedicated team of 18 specialists in a single-shift operation, promoting their professional and personal development.
• Collaborate closely with product management, purchasing, quality control, logistics, and sales to optimize processes and product availability.
• Report directly to the CEO and contribute to the strategic development of the production site.

Profile

• Successfully completed technical studies or relevant vocational training with further education, or a commercial background with technical competence.
• Significant experience in a leadership role within production, ideally in a CNC manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership qualities, confident demeanor, and effective communication skills across various professional groups.
• Proficient in MS Office, with ideally experience in ERP systems.
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented work style combined with process thinking.
