Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Walk colleagues through steps to help them resolve their technical issues, onsite and remote
  2. Resolve their technical issues, onsite and remote
  3. Responsible for user provisioning
  4. Responsible for collecting and documenting all business requirements for IT systems
  5. Maintain relationships with counterparts and other stakeholders through effective communication
  6. Maintain control of project status (triple constraints) through proactive change management
  7. Exhibit excellent organizational skills
  8. Administer internal platforms
  9. Provide regular and accurate reporting
  10. Administer internal IT equipment

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of working experience as an IT engineer in a relevant industry
  • BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or relevant areas
  • ITIL and service management knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, Windows 11
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware
  • Knowledge of network equipment
  • Ability to monitor and manage network performance and integrity
  • Professional certification is a plus
  • Excellent team player and motivator
  • Multinational experience preferred
  • Fluency in German and English
