This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled team working on the forefront of analog/mixed-signal design for advanced communication systems. You will work on ultra-efficient chips within a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your contributions directly shape high-impact technology.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance data converters and other analog/mixed-signal circuits.
  • Engage in all phases of chip development, from concept to post-silicon validation.
  • Perform characterization of data converter chipsets and support system-level integration.
  • Define and execute test plans and programs for IP characterization.
  • Collaborate with test engineers on test development and chip bring-up activities.
  • Gain deep insight into data converter systems for wireless communication applications.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal blocks: ADCs, DACs, PLLs, DLLs, filters, active mixers, driver stages, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, OpAmps, comparators, switched-cap circuits.
  • Extensive experience with EDA tools, especially Cadence Virtuoso, with a track record of successful tapeouts.
  • Proven laboratory experience in measurement, debugging, automation, and analog IP characterization.
  • Proficiency in using lab equipment (spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, waveform generators, signal generators, etc.).
  • Strong programming skills, particularly in MATLAB and Python.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ph.D. or Master’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with relevant hands-on experience.
