Responsibilities

• Lead all finance functions across the global t:m Group
• Ensure transparency through financial reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS, HGB, and local GAAP
• Ensure full tax compliance and timely reporting (e.g. VAT, withholding tax)
• Drive continuous improvement and scalability of finance processes and systems
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and corporate governance standards
• Oversee accounting operations, treasury, and resolution of complex issues
• Act as primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, and shareholder finance
• Lead, develop, and empower an international, cross-functional finance team

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or with similar qualifications
• 7–10 years of experience, including leadership in finance or controlling preferable
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, HGB, tax compliance, and governance
• Proven strategic thinking and business partnering skills
• Proficiency with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus
• High intercultural competence and ability to lead in a matrix organization
• Willingness to travel internationally
