Your mission: Acquiring new customers in the dynamic mobility market

Are you an experienced hunter with a passion for digital innovation and want to actively shape the future of connected mobility? Then join our team as Senior Sales Manager (m / f / d) with a focus on new customer acquisition!

At Valtech Mobility, you will drive the strategic expansion of our customer portfolio – with the aim of expanding our strong position in the automotive and mobility sector. We also plan to expand to new target groups such as truck manufacturers, heavy machinery manufacturers and aerospace.

Your role

You will build long-term customer relationships and position Valtech Mobility as a leading provider of digital platforms, connected services and software-defined vehicles (SDV), AI-based solutions.

We are looking for reinforcement at our location in Munich, Frankfurt or Düsseldorf.

Responsibilities

  • Active new customer acquisition in the DACH region and internationally: You open up new markets and target groups (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, mobility service providers, as well as truck manufacturers and aerospace)
  • Identifying business opportunities for our solutions (e.g. networked platforms, AI-based services, cloud solutions, DevOps / managed services)
  • Building and maintaining a strong customer portfolio – with a focus on long-term partnerships
  • Building and maintaining the sales pipeline in SalesForce
  • Working closely with our sales, marketing and presales team to develop customized solutions
  • Negotiating and winning bids
  • Representing Valtech Mobility at trade fairs and conferences

Your profile

  • Proven success in selling complex IT / software solutions – ideally in the automotive or mobility environment with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers or mobility service providers
  • Existing network with decision-makers and customers
  • Hunting mentality: you love actively approaching customers and enjoy tapping into new markets
  • Technical understanding of topics such as connected cars, software-defined vehicles (SDV), artificial intelligence, cloud platforms or IoT
  • Ambition to quickly familiarize yourself with new innovative trends
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to translate customer needs into convincing solutions
  • Negotiation skills and a confident manner up to C-level
  • Fluency in German and English

Selection and next steps

  • The first conversation is about getting to know each other. You will learn all about Valtech Mobility, and we will assess whether the chemistry is right for a potential collaboration.
  • If this is successful, a second interview will follow to see how you work in practice. You will complete an exercise and meet potential colleagues to gain an insight into day-to-day life at Valtech Mobility.
  • If the second conversation confirms mutual interest, we will make you an offer — and we would be happy if you accept it!
