Country manager DE - DACH

Lynxter is a rapidly growing company with 35 employees. As experts in additive manufacturing and world leader in elastomer 3D printing, we design and market industrial 3D printers in France and internationally. The company offers innovative products as well as support and training services. It operates in various sectors, including aerospace, medical, automotive, luxury, and R&D.

As part of our international expansion, we seek a Country Manager to launch and grow our German subsidiary.

YOUR MISSIONS

With the sales team and CEO, you will build the German market, from a business and structure perspective.

– Support the establishment and development of a local structure (subsidiary or sales office) based on market growth.

–Prepare and execute commercial offers for our products and services after analysing customer needs and conducting technical tests with our Application Center.

– You’ll coordinate product demos (set up our printer on-site or at trade fairs), gather customer feedback, and communicate market needs back to R&D.

– Establish local service/support channels and help recruit application engineers.

– Travel to customer sites frequently and to our Bayonne HQ (France) ~quarterly.

– Develop our offering in collaboration with the product development team and Application Center according to the overall strategy.

– Gather market insights and provide structured reporting to management.

– Contribute to the creation of communication content on applications in collaboration with the communication/marketing team.

PROFILE

5+ years in B2B technical sales or commercial management in an industrial sector. Intrapreneurial profile, experienced in building projects and leading organization. Ideally experience with additive manufacturing, elastomers, or manufacturing processes. Strong network in German manufacturing industries (industry, healthcare, R&D). Fluent in German and English (French a plus). Proficient with CRM/ERP tools (e.g. HubSpot, Business Central). You are self-driven, customer-focused, and adept at technical presentations. A startup mindset, willingness to travel (occasionally in France), and skills in intercultural negotiation are key. You are also methodical, data oriented and systematic.
