Technical Product Manager (m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities

1. You are responsible for how our HR software integrates with Microsoft's core technologies (Office 365, Power Platform).
2. You will coordinate the implementation of software integrations, develop and optimize your own modules, and ensure their quality through extensive testing.
3. You will create detailed user stories, prepare decision templates, and develop innovative and best-practice solutions based on partner feedback and your own experience.
4. You will maintain the product backlog, fix product bugs, and ensure continuous improvement of our solutions.
5. You will create documentation, including content for our learning center, newsletters, walk-through scripts, add realistic demo data, conduct internal and external training, certification exams, and support consultants and partners during implementation.
6. You will represent your module in online partner events, walk-throughs, and provide 1st level support to foster collaboration and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in product management, software integration, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software system integration and quality standards.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Structured, self-organized work style with strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior management.
• Fluent in German and English; language proficiency is non-negotiable.
• Experience and skills are prioritized over formal degrees.
