Hessen Mobil connects people and places in Hesse. As a road construction authority, we are responsible for the entire road construction value chain and take care of mobility strategies, planning, construction, road operation and traffic management.

The Mobility and Cycling department deals with the promotion of transport infrastructure, the development of mobility strategies and the intelligent networking of modes of transport as well as the approval and management of large and heavy goods transport.

For the VEMAGS specialist department at our head office, we are looking for a:

Employee / Employee (f/m/d)

Specialization: (Business) informatics, industrial engineering or business administration

What you can expect:

• Implementation of project and release controlling for all project-related projects
• Participation in the conception of public relations work
• Participation in contract and cost management with operational, application development and third-party software partners
• Organization of the technical operation of the VEMAGS process module application, including checking compliance with the SLA of the VEMAGS technical operator
• Management of application development (e.g. quality assurance and acceptance of technical and IT concepts during the software development phases)

What you bring with you:

• Completed university degree (FH diploma / Bachelor) in the field of (business) computer science, industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in project management and project coordination is desirable
• If possible, relevant professional experience in an operational IT environment
• Independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working
• Good time and crisis management
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German (level C 1)
