What is exciting about this role:
The Sales Country Manager is essential in coaching and developing the team while also maintaining and expanding existing strategic accounts. This role significantly influences the long-term growth of new accounts through visits to healthcare professionals. You will represent FitForMe and its products, establishing partnerships as you and your team visit healthcare professionals in the bariatric surgery and obesity sectors.
Your day-to-day:
You will regularly co-travel with colleagues while acting as a bridge between country interests and the HQ located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Your role involves visiting healthcare professionals in the bariatric field, maintaining long-term relationships, and expanding your network. You will take ownership of your budget and targets, ensuring growth while keeping flawless administrative records and reporting to the Head of Sales. With strong communication and persuasion skills, you will foster meaningful connections and actively participate in sales meetings, conference calls, and international conferences. Staying up to date with market trends and product developments is key to your success in this role.
