Do you have several years of experience as a (Senior) Consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay module? Do you enjoy supporting customers on their journey into Human Experience Management? You will advise and support customers during SAP SuccessFactors implementations with a focus on core HR processes, analyze business processes and model customer-specific proposals and improvements. If you would like to take on responsibility and act as a (partial) project manager in implementation projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay (also Employee Central), this role could be for you.

Responsibilities
- Lead consultant on projects with responsibility for overall project outcomes on topics related to SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay, with a focus on core HR processes (as a lead consultant).
- Advise and support customers during SAP SuccessFactors implementations with a focus on core HR processes.
- Analyze business processes and model customer-specific process proposals and improvements.
- Take on responsibility and act as a (partial) project manager in implementation projects in the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay area (also Employee Central).
- Work independently within a team that is supportive and collaborative.
Your profile
- Experience in several SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay implementation projects and ideally initial experience in the Employee Central area.
- Very good knowledge and certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay, ideally supplemented by further certifications.
- Willingness to learn and curiosity.
- Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and to support less experienced consultants in their induction training.
- High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills.
- Fluent German and good English skills.
- Moderate willingness to travel.
