SAP Consultant EDI (m / f / d)

Your tasks

• Analysis of customer requirements, workflows, identification of EDI potentials and definition of technical requirements for the process design
• Supporting the operational areas during the entire EDI implementation process, from the creation of all relevant documents through to technical implementation
• Carrying out functional tests and integration tests
• Creation of corresponding process / project documentation (e.g. mapping specifications)
• Development of any possible new strategic implementation scenarios
• Support with other EDI requirements and projects (e.g: Participation in the implementation of global EDI topics / necessary adjustments)
• Connection, creation and maintenance of logical and physical mappings, as well as EDI partners (technical communication)
• Implementation of interfaces in SAP PI / PO and connection of web services together with our IT service providers
• Processing of the e-invoice obligation for outgoing invoices / connection of B2B customers (X-invoice, ZUGFeRD, Peppol BIS)

Your profile

• Education: Completed studies or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the SAP EDI environment, ideally in production companies
• Specialist knowledge of SAP PI / PO with a focus on S/4HANA
• Knowledge of the message standards EDIFACT, VDA, IDoc, XML and their protocols FTP, SFTP, OFTP(2), http(s), X.400, AS2
• Practical experience in at least one SAP module, ideally SD

• Responsible, solution-oriented, creative and open to new technologies
• High level of commitment, good communication skills and enjoy working together
• Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
• Interest in product development based on SAP technology and new trends
