Responsibilities
- Design and architect cutting-edge automation and IIoT solutions for plating equipment.
- Provide expert consultation on instrumentation and control systems in plating or related process industries.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate market needs and R&D insights into product and solution development.
- Support sales and service teams with technical expertise during customer projects and engagements.
- Lead training sessions, workshops, and technical reviews across internal teams and customers.
Qualifications
- Extensive expertise in industrial automation, instrumentation, and IIoT in process, hybrid, or discrete industries.
- Broad experience in engineering combined with customer-facing roles (service, sales) and business development.
- Strong knowledge of sensor instrumentation, control systems, and IIoT device integration.
- Experience in machine automation (either on the supplier or customer side) is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to work across multiple functions and influence decision‑making teams.
- Excellent communication skills for customer‑facing and internal consulting roles.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical.
