We are looking for a Senior Consultant with several years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation. You will advise and support customers during the implementation, focusing on core HR processes, analyse business processes, model customer‑specific process proposals, and act as a partial project manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.

Your Profile
- Experience in several SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
- Very good knowledge and certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding,...)
- Willingness to learn and curiosity
- Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and in particular to support less experienced consultants in their training
- High degree of self‑organisation and strong communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Moderate willingness to travel
