Senior Product Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management or product development, especially in robotics, automation, factory automation, or related software industries.
• A track record of leading and delivering complex software products in fast-paced environments.
• In-depth knowledge of robotics technology and robot programming.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate across diverse teams, both internally and externally.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams toward common goals.
• Adaptability in ambiguous situations and a fast-learning attitude.

Bonus Points for:

• Familiarity with Automation Software Solutions (PLC, HMI).
• Background in programming/simulating robots.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Knowledge of German.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Execution: Lead and implement product strategies for robot programming and simulation solutions in collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, UX, and automation teams to create solutions that enhance robot accessibility for customers.
• Innovation & Market Launch: Drive the launch of innovative solutions, transforming the landscape of robot programming.
• Customer & Partner Engagement: Collaborate with technology partners and customers to ensure the product meets market needs and delivers value.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track product success through KPIs such as product adoption, active users, and active robot instances.
