Role Overview

As Territory Sales Manager for the German market, you’ll be a key driver of growth. You’ll engage with hospitality businesses across your region, identify their challenges, and provide tailored solutions via virtual demos. You'll handle the full sales cycle—outreach, demo, and closing—primarily through phone and video calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline within a defined territory in Germany
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound leads
  • Deliver engaging online demos that highlight product value
  • Close sales and support a seamless hand off to on boarding and customer success teams
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and targeted campaigns
  • Keep detailed CRM records and meet/exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural sales approach
  • Ability to explain tech solutions in simple terms
  • Quick learner with strong organizational and CRM skills
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or eCommerce is a plus
